Community Mentorship and Empowerment Initiative (COME Initiative) is a Youth-Led Community Based Organization that Creates a Supportive Environment for Youth, Adolescent Girls, Boys and Young Women to build a Sustainable, Healthy, Peaceful, Tolerant and Inclusive Communities through Life Skills, Talent and ICT Development.

We design and implement community-driven programs that equip young people with the skills, platforms, and resources they need to reshape their futures.
Artivism
Amplifying Voices of Refugees, Internally Displaced Persons, Youth, Adolescent Girls, Boys and Young Women inclusive of PWDs ages 15–35, through sharing life experiences, stories and ideas on emerging issues for behavior change communication through advocacy, storytelling, art, digital and social media.
Life Skills Development
Provision of Life Skills, Reproductive and Mental Health Education for in and out of school Adolescent Girls, Boys and Young Women aged 15–25 years inclusive of PWDs through creating Safe Spaces for increased access to information and open discussion on Mental Health, Sexuality, Equality and Gender Issues.
Youth Work Readiness
Providing opportunities for decent work that are productive and able to deliver fair income, security in the workplace and social protection, better prospects for personal development and social integration for youth and teenage and Young Mothers of ages 18–35 years.
